I began researching the Shinsengumi since spring of 2003 and soon met an amazing group of online fans, researchers, students, artists and writers. Together we have supported each other in preserving the historical and pop-culture legacy of the Shinsengumi with the hopes that people all over the world will realize their place in history. I was able to contribute time and research to shinsengumihq.com (SHQ) and co-wrote several pages, not all are listed below, if I felt that most of the work should be credited to other authors.
